About Me
Talmon Friedlander, MSW, SEP
After over two decades of working in hi-tech, I retrained to become a therapist. I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in trauma. I also trained as a mind-body Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP).
I provide body-centered as well as traditional psychotherapy that acknowledges and supports integration of body and mind.
I believe in utilizing technology to help people, for example, using Virtual Reality goggles for treating phobias. For more information regarding Virtual Reality, see here or here.
I work as a social worker and therapist in the Psychiatric Home Hospitalization Service of Sharan.
I have done field work and research in palliative care, and am a certified EMT and volunteer ambulance driver with Magen David Adom.
I would be happy to meet you at my clinic in Jerusalem or online over Zoom.
